HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Click on the item/s you wish to purchase. Tick on your preferred size and color (if applicable) and click on ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

Review items on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No. You do not need to set up an account to place an order. Each order is processed separately.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ICanServe Shop ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE

ICanServe Shop accepts the following payment options: VISA, Mastercard. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by AsiaPay. On the AsiaPay checkout page, there are fields that will accept your credit card details.

CAN I STILL MAKE A PURCHASE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you can. You can make an over the counter payment.

IS THE TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Yes, for purchases made in the Philippines ICanServe Shop has already included the tax in all the published amounts.

DOES ICanServe Shop ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, we do!
Please note that international orders are subject to the tax in each one’s respective country. You may need to pay for the tax upon receiving your items. We are sorry we cannot provide you with that information as it varies per country.

DOES ICanServe Shop ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

For any reason you need to exchange your item/s, we accept exchanges of unused items within 7 days of receipt of your items. The shipping costs, however will be billed to you. Please email us at icanserve.shop@gmail.com so we can coordinate your order and re-order details.
